An on-site biometric screening is a quick 20-minute session that helps you better understand important health measures and keep track of your wellness over time.
The screening portal is separate from your Wellness app. Here's what you need to know before you register.
New users should register using the name on your CG insurance card, preferably with your work email address
After registering, check your inbox (and Junk folder) for your confirmation email. Returning users can use “Forgot Password” if needed
Once logged in, you can book your appointment, save it directly to your calendar, and use the Help tab on the portal if you run into any issues
Fasting is optional. If you choose to fast, stick to water only for the eight hours prior to your appointment. Take any regular medication as normal beforehand. Please note that we do not screen pregnant staff, and the biometric screening is not suitable for members with a pacemaker, though all other screening tests remain available to you.
Our Biometric Screenings are available annually for our CG Zest Wellness Enterprise group members and can highlight the need for attending an annual physical with your primary care physician.
