This program leverages the latest insights from neuroscience and mindfulness to unlock your full potential, remove barriers to health and productivity, and establish effective, lasting habits. Build resilience, strengthen communication skills, and cultivate an agile mindset.

Currently offered to workplace champions, limited spots are offered quarterly through CG Wellness. Private team experience may all be facilitated.
