Healthy teams start with informed employees. On-site biometric screenings give your employees a 20-minute snapshot of key health measures, including cholesterol, glucose, blood sugar, and body composition, so they can understand their risks and take their health into their own hands.


Screening Portal Tips

The screening portal is separate from your Wellness app. New users should register using their name as it appears on their CG insurance card, preferably with their work email address. After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email (please check your junk folder if needed). Returning users can select “Forgot Password,” and appointment times can be booked directly through the portal.
