What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a simple, yet critical, security measure that requires you to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to your account. This means instead of just entering your username and password, you'll need a second confirmation step that only you control, making it much harder for unauthorised users to gain access.

Enable MFA in 3 Steps

1. Log In to Your Account

  • Visit hellocgi.com
  • Log in with your email address and password

2. Access Two-Factor Authentication

  • After accessing your dashboard, click on Settings under your name in the upper right corner
  • Click on the "Two-Factor Authentication" menu that appears on the left

3. Choose Your Security Option

  • Select either Email Verification Code or the Authenticator App Option
